The 2010 Melbourne Cup Carnival will celebrate 150 years of the running of the Melbourne Cup, this year with $6m in prize money and a special cup!
The Spring Racing Carnival kicks off in early October culminating in the Melbourne Cup Carnival held at the Victoria Racing Club -more commonly known as Flemington:

•Tuesday – Emirates Melbourne Cup Day Nov 2
•Thursday – Crown Oaks Day Nov 4
•Saturday – Emirates Stakes Day Nov 6
