Quest Carlton on Finlay serviced apartments is an award winning four star rated alternative to traditional accommodation, offering guests the convenience of a serviced apartment with the price and attentive care expected in a motel or hotel. Our rates include daily housekeeping service (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Guests are offered the choice of studio apartments, or spacious one and two bedroom executive apartments, all of which offer brand new lounge and dining furnishings, kitchen facilities, a separate living/dining room from each bedroom and a private laundry and bathroom with complimentary Quest toiletries. (Studios have kitchenette facilities with shared laundry).
Each apartment features direct dial telephone, flat screen LCD television with 8 Foxtel channels, individually controlled air conditioning / heating and tea and coffee making facilities. Majority apartments have private balcony. Rollaway beds are available in one and two bedroom apartments at AUD35 per night - must be booked in advance with reception. Onsite limited secure car parking is available at AUD16.50 per night but must be booked in advance.
High speed broadband is available in all apartments at the following rates:
Hourly: $5.50 per hour
Daily: $20 per 24 hour period
Weekly: $75.00
Monthly: $175.00
