As of 22 January 2007, Oakford on Lygon was sold by Ascott International to a Franchisee group as part of the Quest Serviced Apartment Accommodation Group. The property was subsequently renamed Quest Carlton on Finlay.
We have since commenced a soft refurbishment and maintenance programme of the entire property. Some of the areas addressed so far are:
-Replacement of all carpet
-Bedding and Replacement of all bed linen with new doonas and throw rugs
-Repainting of all apartments
-Foxtel has been installed in all apartments
-Brand new lounge and dining suites installed in all apartments
-Installation of new LCD televisions
In the future we anticipate further ongoing upgrades in order to provide value to our esteemed guests.
